  • WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CRYOTHERAPY?

    There are numerous benefits to Whole-Body Cryotherapy. For athletes and those in strenuous training, it speeds recovery time, increases athletic performance and reduces delayed onset muscle soreness. For people with chronic pain, it increases circulation throughout your body, offers pain relief from back and joint pain and can also help with anxiety and depression, helps clear some skin conditions and one 3-minute session burns 500-800 calories.

  • WHAT DO I WEAR?

    We provide each client with a robe to wear from the dressing room to the machine. We also provide socks, slippers and gloves to protect the extremities during the treatment. Men are required to wear boxers or underwear and all clients must remove all jewelry below the neck. The client should not apply any oils or lotions prior to treatment.

  • WHO SHOULDN'T DO CRYOTHERAPY?

    Client with the following conditions should refrain from treatments until they consult with their physician. The list includes: Pregnancy, Uncontrolled high blood pressure, Recent heart attack, History of blood clots, Open sores or Uncontrolled seizures. Clients must be at least 5' 1" and children under 18 must have parental consent.

  • HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS?

    Depending on the condition being treated, results could be immediate but more realistically, it should take five to ten treatments in close succession (every other day) for a client with a lot of damage to realize optimal results. After this initial loading period, maintenance treatments should be at least once per week.

  • WHAT IS COMPRESSION THERAPY?

    The therapy assists your body’s cardiac system in moving the fluids from the limbs back to the circulatory system.It involves the use of compression devices that are designed for recovery or rehabilitation. One or two inflatable boots with multiple cells or sleeves are placed around your legs or arms and they are rhythmically inflated as well as deflated in order to rapidly improve poor circulation. Compression therapy is easy, convenient, safe and painless.
